~ Upgrading Wordpress - version 2.0.4 ~
Wordpress - The latest version 2.0.4,
has been released to the public.
If you just need to [tag]upgrade[/tag] for 2.0.4,
plss see below…

Step 1, Plss save and backup ur all database :
including the .htaccess file
which use [tag]phpMyAdmin[/tag]
or other appropriate tools provided by your [tag]webhost[/tag],
to backup the [tag]database[/tag] used by [tag]WordPress[/tag].
Step 2, Deactivate [tag]Plugins[/tag] :
Deactivate all ur Plugins
which u use at the Plugin Management Page
( http://example.com/wordpress/wp-admin/plugins.php ).
Step3, [tag]Overwrite[/tag] Files :
Get the latest WordPress (http://wordpress.org/download)
and upload it to the ur website [Tag]directory[/tag],
overwriting all the files that exist there.
Except : wp-config.php file
wp-content - [tag]theme[/tag] folder
wp-content - [tag]plugin[/tag] folder
Step 4, Run the upgrade script :
Type url…
( http://example.com/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php )
and follow the instructions that are displayed.
Step 5, Reactivate ur Plugins one by one :
Reactivate ur Plugin Management Page
( http://example.com/wordpress/wp-admin/plugins.php )
and review for ur new version [tag]weblog[/tag].
