Today I gone 2 c d [tag]doctor[/tag] at the [tag]hospital[/tag], My [tag]neck bone[/tag] and [tag]rib[/tag] still [tag]broken[/tag] and not [tag]connection[/tag] yet, He told me that [tag]look after[/tag] myself & having an [tag]exercise[/tag]. I’ve got the [tag]certificate[/tag] for request [tag]sick leave[/tag] until the end of this month.
